I've been a health and fitness coach for nearly 2 decades and in that time have helped hundreds of people lose thousands of pounds of fat. I know that the demands from our family, our kids, our jobs & lifestyle can make it EXTREMELY difficult to get in shape.

So I created a series of programs so that even the BUSIEST of parents and professionals can achieve life-changing and long-lasting results without having to sacrifice family time, their careers or their social life in the process.

Odds are if your reading this, you've tried something in the past that didn't work with your lifestyle. The good news is, you didn't fail those past programs, those past programs failed you, as you probably weren't able to stick with them long term.

Each of my programs are built with maximum flexibility so you can actually stick with it for not just a few weeks, but for years.

The workout of the day is dropped in your app each night at midnight so you'll have a fresh workout waiting for you to complete at any time of day, all you have to do is press play. No guessing what each move is or what they look like, you have a done-for-you full 30-minute workout to follow along to.

Daily Habit Checklist

Each day you'll have a series of daily habits to complete to support your workouts and program. I took the lowest hanging fruits (simple) that yield the greatest rate return on your investment (results) when you can compound them over time.

Community

Inside of each program, you'll have access to myself as well as other people on the same journey as you. Celebrate each other's wins, lift each other up when they need to and I'll be there by your side to help you along the way should you get stuck.

Modifications

I know that everyone is at different chapters in their fitness journey, so for each workout, we meet you where you are. You set the pace and tempo that you want to work at, and provide low-impact variations of particular movements if they are applicable.

Workout Variation

Each week will be a new series of workouts so you'll never get bored of the same old routine and your body won't hit a plateau or doing the same workout over and over again. Each workout will be fresh and your body will always be challenged as it adapts to a new series each week.

What's required of me in each program?

With all of my programs, I expect you do to the work required. I won't ask you to do anything that I myself wouldn't be able accomplish in a super busy day or is unreasonable in a 24 hour period.

The people the get THE BEST results are the ones that stick to the program 90-100% of the time. I don't expect you to be perfect, but I expect you to commit to the program to the best of your ability to achieve the best results possible.

How Do I Access My Purchase After Buying?

Your in-app access for each program will be sent to the email that you sign up with after registration is complete.

Are these programs suitable for beginners/intermediate/advanced levels?

The workouts are scalable for all fitness levels. Each workout interval is based off of times sets instead of repetitions so you can go at your own tempo and pace the entire workout. If once station you want to speed it up you can and the next dial it down, you are in control the entire time of the intensity you set.

Should I combine multiple programs?

I recommend NOT doing this. Focus on giving 1 program 100% attention and effort instead of having to navigate multiple programs all at once.

How long do I have access to the in-app programs?

Each program will start on the following Monday from your purchase date, so you have enough time to purchase your equipment (if needed)

Can I refund my program after I purchase it?

Due to the digital format of my programs, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds. We recommend reviewing the program details carefully before purchase, and I am here to answer any questions you may have to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

If nothing changes...nothing changes

Years back, after we had our daughters I gained about 25lbs. Going to the gym 4-5 days/week for an hour eventually turned into 2-3, until it became 0. I was trying to be everywhere at once and that I put myself last on the totem pole of importance.

I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the person I had let myself unravel into. I was tired, wasn't comfortable in my clothes and embarrassed that I allowed myself to fall apart.

There we're days I only had a 30-minute window to workout, between taking calls, diaper changes, naps and my wife working, my would routine wasn't going to work with my new life.
